Installation

sybkon ensures efficiency throughout the entire process – from delivery to on-site installation. Thanks to precisely engineered components and a streamlined installation concept, balconies can be assembled in just two steps.

STEP 1

After scaffolding has been completed, the substructure made of sybkon profile posts and wall profiles is installed according to the selected balcony type and design variant. At the same time, the balcony elements are manufactured at our plant.

STEP 2

The individual balconies are delivered ready for installation and mounted onto the wall brackets – including floor panels in the selected design and the desired railing type. This allows for extremely fast on-site assembly, keeping disruption for residents to an absolute minimum.

We not only focus on balcony installation itself, but also on efficient and considerate on-site work. Our goal is to keep disruption for residents as low as possible. During the rapid external installation process, living spaces remain clean and dust-free. Thanks to the robust sybkon dust protection wall, all necessary masonry, heating and electrical work can be carried out without significantly disturbing the residents.
